On-the-job training

Throughout your on-the-job school-based training, you will benefit from the guidance of a dedicated expert mentor who will support your professional development throughout the 4-year course. Additionally, you will be paired with a university tutor who will conduct regular visits to offer further support, monitor your progress and collaborate with the team of experienced classroom teachers in your school.
